Because of government grants given to the building of social housing establishments, we only rent these rooms to students with accommodation entitlement certificates. You can apply for the accommodation entitlement certificate here. Application must be submitted before a lease agreement can be made.

The building is centrally located in the Gutenbergstraße close to the former labour court and right next door to the faculty of psychology. On the ground floor the Studentenwerk is equipped with a small Café, called “Café Satz”, which offers homemade snacks, coffee specialities, and refreshing drinks. The name of the Café was determined in an idea competition - the name refers to the location of the residence in the Gutenbergstraße. What’s more, the comfortable furnishings with creative designs remind visitors of traditional craftsmanship. The Café also has a small outside area with tables and seats.
