Students with children

Students with children have to face many challenges throughout their uni day. In addition to the different care opportunities in the daycare centres and residences - which are designed to be family friendly - the Studentenwerk Marburg also provides care for children in the dining facilities. These care facilities are there to help students with children face their challenges and meet their needs.

The dining centres in Erlenring and on the Lahnberge are equipped with children’s chairs and diaper-changing rooms. In the Bistro at Erlenring, as well as in the Mensa on the Lahnberge, there are children play corners. Children of students up to 14 years get a free side dish with every menu from their parents.
