Because of government grants given to the building of social housing establishments, we only rent these rooms to students with accommodation entitlement certificates. You can apply for the accommodation entitlement certificate here. Application must be submitted before a lease agreement can be made.

• Washing machines and dryers are located on the first floor

The residence is located next door to the Studentendorf in the Geschwister-Scholl-Straße. Therefore, the facilities from the Studentendorf, such as the international study and meeting centre as well as the library, can be used together.
